Property Customer Services - Central Sheffield - GBP18,000 - Start ASAP

Your new role
The overall purpose of your new role will be to support the delivery of a customer services hub, maximising effective resolution of customer issues at first point of contact. Responsibilities will be:
* Providing a first point of contact for customers through a variety of channels
* Providing general administration support to all functional areas
* Diagnosing repairs correctly at first point of contact where possible, ensuring the appropriate repairs service standards are met
* Liaising with approved contractors to progress outstanding repairs and feedback information to customers as appropriate
* Conducting outbound customer feedback exercises utilising the most appropriate communication channel
* Recording inbound and outbound communication using the associations CRM system
* Direct debit administration and taking payments due from customers
* Supporting the delivery of choice based lettings systems and other allocations vehicles utilised by the business, including advising customers on rehousing policy and practice
* Dealing with low level tenancy management enquiries in line with policy
What you'll need to succeed
You bring a 'can do' attitude and experience in a housing or similar customer focused environment, experience of working in a fast-paced call centre or front line services environment. You further understand repairs and maintenance lingo.
What you'll get in return
You will get a salary of GBP18,000; working days are Monday to Friday. This company is based in a great accessible location within Sheffield. Free parking.
