We are delighted to have an opportunity for a Talent Resourcing Partner to join our team, working closely with key clients to deliver their recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Devise and implement a direct sourcing strategy

* Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for contract and permanent requirements with a focus on direct recruitment for key accounts

* Participate in regular hiring manager meetings to discuss resource plans, recruitment needs and job launches

* Manage all recruitment activity and build a pipeline of candidates relevant to the business

* Define and create job descriptions with the client in line with business requirements and advise hiring managers on selection processes

* Participate in regular hiring manager meetings to discuss resource plans and recruitment needs

* Co-ordinate interviews and feedback between the customer, suppliers and candidates

* Maintain all reporting and external/internal job boards, LinkedIn and social media

* Schedule interview and conduct first stage interviews

* Propose and confirm offers of placement to successful candidates

Candidate Requirements

* Extensive experience in direct sourcing candidates

* Proven experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships

* Proven track record in delivering and meeting recruitment targets

* Proven consultative approach with hiring managers and able to manage expectations

* Previous experience of full recruitment lifecycle management

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Excellent planning and organisational skills
