We are looking for an experienced Forge Operative to join our team on a permanent, full time basis where you will work as part of the Open Die Hammer team. You will be responsible for the driving of the hammer and should be experienced in operating a hammer for forging ideally rings. You will work 35 hours per week basic and we offer overtime as required.
Within the role you may work on a rotational basis operating other equipment and in other forging positions as required.
We are looking for someone who has experience driving an open die hammer, can operate a FLT licence has experience of working with hot metal. Overhead crane experience might be an advantage.
You will be a motivated individual who is a team player.
