Salary: GBP18,000-GBP20,000

Key responsibilities:

• Data entry and data analysis
• Daily data checks
• Ensuring data is accurate for clients
• Identify issues with data and offer solutions
• Investigating data
• Analyse faults and report on these
• Effective communication with clients
• Ability to work to standard and to prioritise under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Ability to organise and manage time effectively
• Processing information through in-house systems
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Skills and experience required:

• Graduate with mathematics or statistics degree
• Must be energetic and capable of sustained concentration
• Must be numerate and analytical
• Good telephone manner
• Literate and professional email user
• Skilled user of databases, spreadsheet analysis and MS Office
• Experience of the utility industry would be advantageous - particularly knowledge of the DTN, dataflows and the BSC
