The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher and role model for future scientists, have a proven track record of high outcomes for learners in Key Stages 3 - 5 and will be able to manage and lead a team of dedicated specialists and non-specialists alongside the Head of Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high achieving school at GCSE and A level. We have an outstanding and talented Science Faculty that was ranked in the top 5% nationally in terms of progress 8 (with an overall value added of 1.1). Higher attainers were ranked in the top 3% nationally in terms of progress 8 (value added score of 1.4). Last year 44% of students were entered for triple science.
