We are representing a leading property organisation with offices in Worcester. Due to exponential growth they have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Building Surveying to help drive their strategic expansion plans and expand their offerings within this sector. The role will be responsible for leading the existing high performing building surveying function and contributing to its future growth. The successful applicant will take over the management of existing relationships and contracts. There are currently four direct line reports, with ambitious growth plans to recruit additional heads in alignment with the strategic plan. You will be responsible for the delivery of Project Management for major projects and minor works, providing clients with a consultancy services to improve building efficiency whilst reducing occupancy costs. You will also have responsibility for top line revenue and profit and developing a sustainable business plan to create a long-term profitable Building Surveying business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor looking to progress within their career and utilise their commercial acumen combined with extensive experience within the Building Surveying sector.
