DESCRIPTION
Essex based long haul tour operator seeks highly motivated, hard working sales professionals. The company has proudly been trading for over 35 years and offers high quality, value for money travel components to its large customer base. As a travel consultant you will be dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails creating USA holidays with an exceptional level of customer service applied. Our state of the art technology helps you achieve our high standards of service and sales with confidence.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years recent, proven sales experience dealing direct with the public.
Telephone/email sales experience essential.
Geographical knowledge and first-hand experience of travelling to the USA would be beneficial but not essential.
A competent level of keyboard and PC skills including Word and Excel along with excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Able to work flexible shifts, including a proportion of weekend days, evenings and be located within 1 hour of our office.
Airline reservation system experience and prior knowledge of the USA and scheduled Airlines would be preferred.
BENEFITS
Working Monday-Sunday 40 hours per week based in out Loughton, Essex office.
In return we offer a Training salary of GBP18,000 per annum for the first 3 months of employment.
You can expect to earn
* First Year GBP25,000-GBP30,000 OTE per annum
* Second year GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 OTE per annum
* Third Year GBP40,000 - plus OTE per annum
