We are looking to attract a HR Administrator to join our growing HR team here in Manchester.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the administrator is responsible for providing an efficient, accurate and timely administration service to the HR department. Duties include maintaining HR systems and reports, updating electronic employee files, amending employment terms and conditions, updating the central HR system and communicating changes across the HR teams. The HR Administrator will also act as an initial point of contact for HR related queries, issuing employment offers/contracts and support processes to manage applications for flexible working, parental leave, adoption leave, entitlements and holiday accrual.
We are keen to secure a candidate that has experience of working in a similar HR role who has previously been responsible for updating data and reports in a HR system, with some knowledge of HR procedures. Strong communication skills are key, alongside excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise a varied workload and good organisational skills.
