About this key role

The position is part of a Ministry of Justice-funded project that will provide a Through the Gates service that aims to reduce reoffending with Peer Advisors as an integral part of the delivery team. To help us achieve this, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with systems and procedures, standards and performance targets relating to the administrative functions, plus manage, organise, develop and update recording systems.

You will also collect and collate data, including monthly monitoring, as well as support the resettlement caseworker to achieve contract targets and a high quality of service. Providing support with contract monitoring and reporting, plus developing and maintaining strong relationships with prison staff and the partnership manager, are also important aspects of the role.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong IT and database skills, including proven day-to-day experience of using MS Office and databases
  • The ability to learn new database systems quickly and input accurately and in a timely manner
  • Excellent problem-solving, time-management and work prioritisation skills
  • Impressive attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • A first-class communicator, both verbal and written
