Working within a growing Estate Agency based in the heart of Colchester, you will join
an experienced and professional team of Sales Progressors.
The main purpose of Sales Progressor is to proactively manage the progress of property sales in timely and efficient manner, supporting customers with advice and guidance using up to date property market knowledge.
The role
- Work within a motivated and experienced team of Sale Progressors
- Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Vendors and Purchasers
- Collate information and appropriate documentation to ensure swift progression of the sale
- Offer regular updates to the customer
- Ensure the highest of standards are delivered within a timely manner
- Achieve company targets
- Vendor and purchaser due diligence
Do you have the following:
- An experienced Sales Progressor with a demonstrable track record of working within a Sales Progression role.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ownership and Accountability with effective case management skills
- Ability to forge relationships and nurture opportunities
- Good knowledge of legislation effecting the operation of property sales
30 days annual leave (Inc. bank holidays), increasing by 1 day per completed year of service (up to a maximum of three years)

Based in bright and spacious new modern offices in the heart of Colchester.
Monday to Friday 9- 5:30 or 10.00 am to 6.30 pm with one Saturday a month and a day off in lieu the following week.
