Learning & Development Manager

We are looking for a learning and development specialist to join our Federation support team working alongside our 29 Emmaus communities across the UK.

With a strong background in training development and delivery, coupled with demonstrable skills in managing a variety of learning styles, you will work in collaboration with Emmaus communities to strengthen their current training systems and to develop new ones.

You'll be responsible for planning, developing and delivering learning initiatives across the 29 communities of the federation in the UK, helping them to create training plans for staff, companions and volunteers.
