We have an exciting development opportunity for a Deputy Manager, with development potential to registered manager, with an independent, well-established domiciliary care organisation in the Gloucester area.
You will be an experienced care manager, deputy manager or care coordinator with solid knowledge and experience of the homecare sector. You will be passionate about delivering the highest levels of care to enable people to live as independently as possible in their own homes. You will have energy, drive and ambition to develop and grow the service, recruiting new staff and bringing in new business.
You will have the support of the owner and a well-established team and will work together to deliver a 1st class service.
