Service Desk Manager Required at Fast Growing IT Solutions Business.

Service Desk Manager to join a growing IT services business in South London, which provides IT support to small and medium sized businesses. You would work as part of virtual team, working from client sites and from home, as required. Your success is their success and part of the OTE package is based on hitting key annual metrics (measured quarterly).

Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Take and resolve support calls - remotely and onsite & logging requests in our service desk
- Visit and liaise with customers
- Manage workload effectively

Key facts about the role:

- Two days a week office based:
o One day a week in Brentwood, Essex - for a Christian Organisation
o One day a week Sutton, Surrey / London - Visiting local SME Clients & Development
- Must be able to work remotely and be self-managed
- Desktop Support & Infrastructure
- Office 365 Administration
- Personable, Calm Personality
- 4 + years experience 1st/2nd line on-site & remote
- Own Car or Motorbike and use of public transport essential
- A strong focus on providing great service to clients and partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and partners
- Good communication skills: face to face, telephone and written
- Is flexible and has a long-term commitment to developing as part of a growing business
- Good attention to detail

Highly Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Server basic administration
- Infrastructure Switching and Routers
- Previous work in MSP / Small / Medium IT service provider ideal
- Autotask / AEM Experience (RMM/PSA)
- Printers experience
- Azure / AWS
- Sales and opportunity awareness skills
- Microsoft technical qualifications
