Senior IT Support Engineer

Up to £35,000 Plus Training, Pension, 23 Days’ Holiday 

As a leading technology provider, our client uses the latest technologies to manage and maintain their customers’ IT systems. Operating at the forefront of their industry, they work very closely with a range of schools and colleges, and are now looking to recruit a Senior IT Support Engineer who will be site based at a school in Oxshott Surrey. 

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will:

- Resolve all user support issues

- Administer the school’s network and IT systems

- Manage one IT Support Engineer, who is also based at the school

To be considered for the role of Senior IT Support Engineer, you must have experience of supporting and administering some of the following technologies: 

- Microsoft Server 2012r2 / 2016 and Hyper-V 
- Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 2013 / 2016 and Office 365 
- Network switches, firewalls and wireless LANS 
 

You must live within a commutable distance of Oxshott or be willing to relocate. 

Please note, as this position is based within a school, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. 

Any additional qualifications will definitely be beneficial to your application.
