SES Water supplies water to 707,000 people in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton, and Croydon, as well as across East Surrey and parts of Kent. We are a forward thinking, innovative company that is highly regarded for our efficiency and customer service.

As our Affordability and Priority Services Lead, your main responsibilities will be to manage and develop the Company’s Priority Services Register and participate in industry working groups to aid innovation and align with the Register and affordability approach with industry standards. Supporting line management in the creation and facilitation across the whole Company, achieving key targets and performance commitments within the business plan, you will also prepare the Company data for sharing with Energy companies and other strategic initiatives

With knowledge of debt recovery, affordability, financial hardship and priority services (vulnerability), you will have experience leading initiatives, teams or strategies. Experience of maintaining and/or developing systems and data quality is also essential to the role.

Due to the nature of the role a driving license is essential.
