Aquinas College, a thriving Catholic Sixth Form in Stockport with 2000 students is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join their team.
In this role you will support the work of the facilities team undertaking some skilled and general maintenance tasks, security systems and porterage duties.
Successful candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and must meet the appropriate person specifications.
Essential skills:
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
- High level of organisational skill
- Trade experience e.g. painting, electrician, grounds keeping
- Comfortable to work at height and use ladders
Desirable skills:
- Cherry picker driving experience
- Experience of driving minibuses
- Previous experience in estates/facilities
