We are looking for an individual to further develop our quality and compliance frameworks from information security to IT service management. 

If you have developed a simple, human approach to rolling out standards supporting the needs of a growing technology business, working with partners and clients we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who can meet legal, regulatory & contractual standards - without being overly bureaucratic.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

+ Have a strong working knowledge of some or all of ISO9001, ISO27001, Infosec standards, GDPR
+ Are familiar with Government tendering quality requirements, ITIL, G-Cloud, PCI Compliance, Cyber essentials, ethical hacker landscape
+ Thrive on delivering quality standards that work in harmony with business activities
+ Relish working with and advising clients, suppliers, partners and internal colleagues
+ Understand web technology & cloud technology business operations
+ Know how to analyse risk and manage several standards concurrently
+ Can effectively project manage commercial resources 

We are hoping to attract an individual that sparkles around this subject and can enthuse others, whilst being practical and grounded in common sense. You need to be adept at seamlessly embedding compliance and risk awareness activities across Tech, Service, Clients and Suppliers as a natural part of “business as usual”.

As a minimum we’re looking for:

+ 2 years diverse compliance, quality management and Infosec experience 
+ customer facing ability gained within a technology focused business
+ Knowledge & understanding of a range of compliance and Infosec frameworks (ISO9001, ISO27001, GDPR)
+ Proven ability to develop and manage bureaucracy-free standards
+ Confident & engaged quality process management outlook

You’ll have a strong desire to progress your professional career across compliance, quality and information security management within a digital technology business. You may perhaps be transitioning from an IT project management based software/hardware role but you will be adept at interpreting and translating quality frameworks and standards into rational processes with an enthusiastic human touch.

+ Basic Salary £35-£40K
