We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary for the residential conveyancing department within the law firm.
You will join our well-established Acocks Green Branch which is one of the oldest Solicitors offices in Birmingham. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Using our Case Management system to process, deliver and store information
- Typing correspondence such as letters and legal forms
- Providing updates to clients, whilst maintaining confidentiality and GDPR
- Answering the phones
- Previous experience in a similar role – desirable
- IT skills with a fast typing speed
- Professional telephone manner
Working hours: 9am – 5pm
