As a recruitment consultant you will support consultant fee generation in line with company expectations and ultimately develop into a full 360?? recruitment consultant.
You will principally be tasked with attracting candidates and matching them to permanent positions in client companies. These roles can vary from entry-level roles to directors and executives.
Candidates will be sourced through a variety of activities, including, but not limited to; headhunting, database searching, advertising, candidate referrals and online job boards.
You will also be expected to provide business development leads into RMG.
Our 10-week, 20-step recruitment consultant training programme, coupled with lose mentoring from directors who've "been there, seen it and done it" will ensure that you have all the skills to develop and grow into a success.
To summarise, RMG will train you, support you, promote you and reward you. What we won't do is prescribe your future.
You must have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
