Job Title: Senior Architect
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000

Contract Type: Permanent
Calibre Search are working in Partnership with a long-established name in the York Architecture Market. With a strong pipeline of work including Residential, Hotels, Mixed Use and Office Schemes which has seen the team grow significantly over the past few years, we are looking to recruit a Senior Architect to join the company.
Essential for this role
* Must be an ARB Registered / RIBA Chartered Architect with at least 5 years post qualification experience
* We're not looking for a specialist within any one sector and would ideally like someone with a multi-sector background to reflect the diversity of work within the company.
* AutoCAD experience is a must, with Revit experience being valued (although on the job training can be provided).
* Strong hand drawing design skills would be highly valued.
* Must demonstrate a good technical understanding and good technical knowledge of UK building regulations.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a client facing environment.
