The Job:
You will be expected to maintain good working order of all utilities while remaining compliant with all health and safety and environmental policies.
You will ensure fixtures and fittings are in good working order, carrying out repairs as required.
You will give support with auditing activities including carrying out Quality, Environmental and H&S audits.
We will expect you to ensure all paperwork and related documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
You may need to do minor decorating, plumbing, and carpentry work including working with Purchasing to
source materials.

The Fit.
You will need experience in general maintenance for example 1st line basic plumbing and electronics.
You need to be able to use Microsoft Office comfortably.
You will need to be adaptable and take on a variety of tasks.
