The Company: 

Our client is a fresh, vibrant human resources support company that provides outstanding HR software and support. With strong growth and a strong brand, they are now looking for an HR Advisor to join their team in Bath and deliver outstanding services to their clients. 

Your Role: 

As an HR Advisor, you’ll be tasked with advising, coaching and influencing customers’ HR decisions and processes from an outsourced standpoint. 

You’ll work across the full range of generalist issues, undertaking usual day-to-day HR practices as well as advising small businesses on recruitment, reward and engagement strategies. 

Working under the guidance of an experienced HR Consultant, you will be able to learn and up-skill whilst advising and guiding clients via telephone and in writing. 

Your role will also involve: 

- Supporting clients’ absence management, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues 
- Working with an exciting, growing client base across a broad swathe of industry sectors 
- Providing clients with great service and good advice 
- Onboarding new customers 
- Ensuring clients align their employment strategies with business strategies 
- Making sure clients’ Contracts of Employment are up-to-date and legally compliant 

About You 

To be considered as an HR Advisor, you will need: 

- At least two years’ HR advisory experience 
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification 
- Sound HR knowledge from a practical sense 
- Good knowledge of all aspects of drafting Contracts of Employment 
- A passion for HR and helping businesses succeed 
- Experience of working with at least one type of HR platform 
- A good level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office technologies 

A CIPD Level 5 qualification would be beneficial to your application.
