Project Quantity Surveyor - Manchester
Salary: GBP32,000 -GBP40,000
Summary:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Quantity Surveyor working for a well-known multi-disciplinary Construction consultancy. You will be working with a range wide of clients across several business sectors including commercial and residential the ideal candidate will be working closely with clients to help add to the company's success.
Key Duties:
* Project Management
* Requirements in respect to specification, programme, documentation, testing and performance. requirements
* Assist and promote the development of the team for example identity training requirement and review the performance of direct reports e.g. agents and sub agents in the section.
* Residential and construction project based
About You:
As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor:
The right individual will be MRICS-qualified and will have experience running their own Projects as a Project Surveyor, Employers Agent or Project Manager with a Quantity Surveying background. This is a great opportunity to be involved in delivering a diverse range of projects throughout the UK.
