My client is a social housing provider based in the Warrington area. Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a time served Electrician with experience of working in domestic properties. This will be a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
This role will involve actively working in void and tenanted properties therefore domestic experience is essential. This role will involve working in customer's homes and providing a high level of customer care.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Installing, testing and remedial electrical work to various property types.
* Working on responsive repairs, void properties, aids and adaptations and planned improvement works.
* Installation of wiring and cabling,
* Test, inspect, commission of electrical installations and analysis of results.
Candidates applying for this role will have previous experience working in social housing and/or domestic work experience and be a qualified Electrician with 2391 and min 17th edition.
A testing kit can be provided. Own transport will be essential.
