Barrington James is offering the opportunity for a person with previous Sales experience and/or Recruitment experience to come on board as a Senior Consultant with the view to progress to a Sales Manager with our best in class training.
What is unique about Barrington James is we are offering to potentially to earn London scale commission from Horley, Surrey. For example if you billed GBP58,000 in one month, which is quite below the record of 2018 GBP194,000, the commission on GBP58,000 would be GBP17,500 in your payslip (plus your basic on top).
That is a first in class commission structure we offer. Please contact me for more details.
Highlights of this position
?? Competitive basic salary plus up to 40% commission of billing
?? Team bonus - up to GBP1000 per headcount and up to GBP1000 for team hitting target
?? Career progression to Associate Director
?? Incentives including first class flights to Las Vegas
?? Company Shares
Once you are supported to bill well individually, the plan will be to work to a Sales Manager and build your team. To become a Sales Manager, it would ideally take 6 to 12 months, with your own team on top of the 40% commission you can earn up to GBP5,000 a month in added bonuses.
On top of this we have extra incentives.

• Briefing / screening candidates by telephone and 'asking for referrals'.
Essentially the role involves a high level of telephone activity in a mature environment where you will be required to multi-task.
The successful candidate will be a bright, clever and ambitious individual with a strong sense of sales and customer service. You will have a confident telephone manner. Previous recruitment experience is not necessary but is ideal. We will consider individuals from any commercial and / or professional background.
