JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Marketing Executive role is to deliver my clients public relations and media strategy, which primary focus is to enhance brand awareness, reach and support lead generation for both Fundraising and Care.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Tasks

?? Contribute to annual business planning through researching and presenting new ideas related to you area of income generation.

?? Project manage the delivery of income generation activities delegated from the annual business plan. Ensure delegated projects and initiatives are delivered on time and meet objectives and budgets.

?? Identify, build and steward excellent relationships with your designated stakeholder group with the goal to develop and retain supporters to help deliver sustainable income and / or meet fundraising targets.

?? Support care marketing and income generation activities and with a robust public relations strategy, maximising brand impact and growing the brand reach.

?? Collaborate with key care staff to manage family liaison, developing strong, authentic family content, for wider marketing campaigns.

?? Project manage delegated components of marketing campaigns and team wide projects and contribute to prioritised income generation activities as required.

?? Any other duties appropriate with the band and level of responsibility of this role for which the job holder has the necessary experience and/or training to complete.

?? Share knowledge and skills with colleagues and provide training to colleagues when required.

?? Support with the development of the use of volunteers to ensure all volunteers are supported, utilised and engaged. Overseeing volunteering in line with the Volunteer Policy and Procedure.
