My well-established client is looking for Trainee Sales Advisors to join their Cheltenham based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated and target driven individuals to join their expanding team!

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
• Talking confidently about products and services
• Recognising customer needs and suitability
• Ensure the customer receives a competitive quote
• Accurately logging details on the system

The Candidate:

• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent customer service
• The ability to build client relationships
• Demonstrate eagerness to exceed targets
• Previous experience working within a customer facing role
• Strong communication
