Edwards offers a two-year rotational Graduate Development Programme provides unique opportunities to work in a number of functional / business areas, including an international assignment in one of our many overseas sites.

Our Clevedon facility is responsible for the design, development and manufacture of our exhaust gas management systems. Our aim is to ensure that we remain number one supplier of abatement solutions to the Semiconductor, Flat Panel, Solar Cell and LED markets. Our vision is to identify opportunities that are not always visible to others, enabling the creation of collaborative sustainable solutions designed to meet our customer needs.

We're looking for talented graduates to join our engineering team within Clevedon. Our Graduate Programme consists of multiple rotational placements, including one overseas, where you will get to experience how our entire business operates.
You will be joining a large, global organisation, so there will be opportunities to travel. With such a vast global presence the world is your oyster!

The Role
You will enter the business in to the Clevedon facility and will, throughout the course of the graduate scheme, spend time on a series of placements in a range of engineering and other support / non-engineering functions. During each rotation, your day to day work will be overseen by a Placement Supervisor who will be responsible for setting objectives specific to that placement.

You will be responsible for the following:
Delivering allocated tasks and meet objectives as agreed with line manager, placement supervisor and mentor.
Performing modelling, design or implementation activities with the supervision and mentoring of senior staff.
Verifying and testing technical solutions with guidance from senior staff.
Learning the use of tools and equipment of the allocated functional discipline.
Learning how to estimate allocated tasks and adhere to agreed cost estimates & timescales by participating in the definition of Work Packages and their incorporation into project delivery.
Providing regular and clear technical progress reports to project management, mentor, project supervisor and functional line manager.

About you
You are a talented graduate with a minimum Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline. You'll demonstrate our core values of commitment, interaction and innovation in everything you do.
