Part Time (0.6 FTE).

Term Time Only (40 weeks per year).

As a Learning Coach, you will take responsibility for a caseload of learners predominantly aged between 16 and 18 within the Curriculum Area of Creative and Performing Arts. The main purpose of the role is to support individuals to become independent learners through the development of their study and employability skills and provide the necessary help and support for them to progress to positive destinations.

You will have excellent communication skills, an ability to approach difficult issues in a calm and responsible manner and previous experience of coaching young people.  You will be able to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of individual learners, staff and guest speakers.

Experience of providing advice and guidance to young people is required along with a Level 3 qualification and Level 2 qualifications in Numeracy and Literacy or equivalent. Knowledge and experience of Creative Arts industries would be an advantage:
