SCHEME MANAGER

A Sheltered Housing Scheme for older people.
We wish to appoint a Scheme Manager to run a 41 unit scheme in Bournville. The Scheme Manager provides support to tenants whilst enabling them to live independently. Demonstrable experience of managing a sheltered housing environment or similar is essential. This is a challenging role in a busy scheme with a broad client base. Good interpersonal and management skills are essential.
