We are looking for skilled candidates to assist the Quality Manager in all duties relating to quality control. To ensure the effective implementation of quality control procedures and checks as outlined in the Quality Manual. To perform those duties required to ensure good manufacturing practice, product safety, quality and legality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:


Review of production files.
Production and upkeep of production spreadsheets for GBC and customer requirements.
Co-ordination and QC of samples for customers.
Booking in and coding of all dry goods on arrival at GBC.
Customer packaging specifications reviews.
Ordering of general lab consumables.
Statistical analysis of non-conformances and complaints.
To assist the Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Managers.
This list is not exhaustive and will be added to or amended as business needs require.

Safety:

Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with current H&S, environmental and food safety legislation and procedures.
Use all PPE and equipment as instructed.
Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Report any serious malfunctions or risks to a responsible person.

Hours of Work

8am - 4pm - Monday - Thursday

8am - 3.30pm - Friday
