Managed Billing Specialist

Opportunity to work as a Managed Billing Specialist in Nelson

Do you want to work for on of the largest independent IT and telecommunications providers in the UK? If so, this could be your chance to join a well respected company in the industry.

You will be providing the company developed Billing Services to internal and external clients. These will include professional billing solutions, making it easier to manage their costs and end user billing activities. In this role, you will handle all aspects of the clients account, from sales demonstrations and training to bill run processing and support.

The ideal candidate can multitask and prioritise workloads, has strong attention to detail, MS Excel skills, demonstrable excellent customer service skills. Billing experience would be preferable but training will be provided.
