We are recruiting for an Operations Manager who has gained experience from within new build soft landscaping installation and maintenance sector, has strong administration and planning capabilities and the ability to manage both the operational and administration side of installation projects.
Our Client is key provider of landscaping and landscape maintenance service to both the domestic and commercial new build sector and has gained preferred supplier status with many of the national house builders. You will be joining an experienced team in this newly created role for their South East operations, have the full support of the Regional Director and Senior Operations Managers, be assisted by Assistant Operations Managers, Contracts Coordinators , the admin, installation and maintenance teams and have responsibility for a number of projects within the local area.
You will need to have:
* A good grounding and understanding of soft landscaping installation and maintenance.
* Gained experience working within the new build housing sector.
* Strong administration, project managing, project planning, team development and motivation skills.
* An eye for detail and be used to achieving high standard installation projects.
* The ability to instil this pride and way of working to the installation team.
You will need to be:
* A confident communicator with the ability to work with customers managing their expectations, resolving any issues etc.,
* Proactive in seeing opportunities for business development and supporting the sales team.
* Used to both the operational and administration side of installation project management and be confident in your ability to plan, schedule, amend or re-arrange projects as required.
In return our Client is offering a basic salary of between GBP35,000 and GBP40,000 which is negotiable dependent on experience, a company car or car allowance, bonus scheme, five weeks holiday plus bank holidays and the standard pension scheme, laptop, mobile phone.
