Real Estate Lawyer, 3+ PQE
The Real Estate team at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) has a key role to play in delivering on our national sector strategy. That's why we now have more than two hundred lawyers across our nationally respected teams in the UK, with over fifteen listed as leaders in their field. Technical excellence is no longer enough, so we've worked hard to ensure that we combine that with a genuine understanding of our clients and their businesses which allows all our lawyers to add real commercial value. Our Real Estate team is now looking for an Associate to join them to strengthen our national offering, based in our Leeds office.
Working with Partners Mark Owen, Paula Dillon and Julia Field in Leeds, and others nationally, this role will give the successful candidate a chance to experience a wide range of quality commercial property matters with an emphasis on investment work for local investors and leading national fund managers together with landlord and tenant and portfolio management work . There will also be opportunities to be involved in commercial and residential development work, as well as corporate support and the ideal candidate will be prepared to support a wide range of real estate instructions. Importantly the work we are instructed on is consistently of high quality, complex and challenging and vital to the success and continued growth of our real estate practice and to that of the commercial endeavours of our clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented and enthusiastic team who will be as invested in your career development as you are. You'll be supported by a collegiate approach, and mentoring and supervision by leaders in their field. In return, depending on your PQE, you'll bring a broad and varied skillset that includes previous experience of commercial real estate work, ideally with exposure to investment work from a large regional or city firm.
