YOU WILL BE

Second in command and expected to lead the dedicated team

Assisting with the stock ordering & control

Serving food using fresh ingredients

Able Maintain exceptional standards

Able to constantly push yourself to grow along with the business

Flexible with working hours and expect to work weekends and evenings

And of course, you must take pride in every dish you serve

**DUE TO THE LOCATION YOUR OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED**

YOUR REWARD

Salary of GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 per annum

Tips and Tronc additional to your wages
