The main focus of this role is to teach Vocational Business across Levels 1, 2 and 3 and be a personal tutor on these courses.  The school also offers HNC/D qualifications and therefore there may also be some teaching at levels 4 and 5. The vocational courses are predominantly coursework based and therefore we seek an innovative practitioner to design engaging coursework assignments that inspire learners. We don’t require candidates to hold a teaching qualification to apply for this role but you must be willing to achieve one in line with current regulations. All that we ask is that you are focused and flexible and hold a Degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject.

Within the role you will gain skills in teaching BTEC Business and related subjects, an awareness of academic quality standards and the ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners, including monitoring their progress.

So if you have energy, enthusiasm and passion for Business and education then we would love to hear from you!
