Hours: 35 hours per week (9am-5pm)

We are looking for a Responsive Repairs Manager to help us deliver an excellent customer focused responsive repairs service.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for achieving Responsive Repairs KPI’s, successfully managing the responsive operatives and monitoring / inspecting work quality of work.

Someone who will take pride in working alongside Heads of Service to achieve the best levels of service. 

We need someone who has previously held a similar role within the building maintenance sector and/or social housing; who is keen to learn and grow.
