Hr inspire are actively seeking a freelance CPC Trainer. We require an individual to work with our prestigious clients delivering 5 day CPC sessions at our client's premises across the UK. Don't fret though, if you prefer to be located in one particular area, let us know! We are also particularly interested in those based or willing to travel the South West and North on a regular basis.

Our customer base consists of large multi-sites, from Glasgow, to Plymouth, from Tilbury to Bristol. To enable us to meet the rising demand for our courses, we are now looking to recruit a new member of the team.

About the Job
As a Freelance CPC Trainer you will be experienced in delivering full day classroom sessions for Fleet Drivers. You must be available at short notice and have flexible diary availability but we will always offer flexibility in order to work around you and your commitments too.

Much of the work encompasses setting out the rules and regulations around Health and Safety, how to provide great Customer Service and touching upon how to safely use and operate 3.5T and 7.5T Vehicles. All course material is provided to you, all we ask is that you have access to your own laptop in order to carry this out at different sites across the country. You must have sound knowledge in this area but holding additional driver training qualifications would be a huge advantage.

What skills and attributes are we looking for?

?? Confident with large and small groups of delegates

?? Clear and articulate with technical content such as Drivers Hours, Digital Tachograph etc.

?? Retail Industry and/or training background (both useful but not always necessary)

?? Ability to promote group participation and engagement

?? Commitment to Continuous Professional Development

?? Able to offer advice around great customer service and what this entails

We are looking for applications from all parts of the country as our clients are based nationally, but in particular those who are based or willing to travel to South East, East Anglia and Midlands.

Competitive rates of pay from GBP200 per day, Monday - Friday
