Hours: Up to 35 hours per week

Harbour has delivered needs-led services for over 40 years, providing refuge and support for those experiencing domestic abuse. We are recruiting for female* Support Workers to support adult victims of domestic abuse within our teams in North Tyneside, Durham and the Tees Valley. Part time and full-time posts are available. These staff will work directly with clients, who are often in crisis, and enable them to start making positive changes in their lives. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, compassionate women with excellent organisational skills. We are also looking for excellent people skills, an aptitude for communication and an ability to work with initiative. We are interested to hear from those with experience/qualifications in working with children and young people. Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
