Senior Architectural Technologist required to join a busy Architectural practice in Manchester City Centre.
We are recruiting for a unique Senior Architectural Technologist vacancy situated within a leading Manchester studio on a full time, permanent basis. If you are looking for rapid career progression, Interesting project work and a forward-thinking work environment in which to work this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We would hope you meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:
??A degree in Architectural Technology, or an equivalent HNC qualification.
??Approximately 5 years of industry experience.
??Experience of working in varied sectors, predominantly in Residential, Commercial Workplace and Industrial projects.
??Software proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) & REVIT(desirable).
??Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
??Excellent communication skills, and experience of utilising these when dealing direct with the client and any external consultants.
??CIAT accredited.
A competitive salary is on offer alongside the chance to work on a selection of interesting, large-scale projects from the offset.
Salary - Circa GBP32,000-GBP40,000
