Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Due to continued success, our clients are now looking to recruit an Estate Agency Sales & Lettings Negotiator to work as part of an established team in one of their busy Northumberland offices.
This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:
• Registering purchasers and tenant details and matching them to available properties
• Booking property valuations
• Accompanied viewings with purchasers and tenants
• Negotiating property Sales and Lets, liaising between vendors / purchasers, landlords and tenants
• Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business
• Recommending the company's other products, such as insurance and financial services
• Liaising with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders and Surveyors as part of the Sales Progression process
• Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
• Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals
The Person
You will already have some experience in Estate Agency, ideally across both Sales and Lettings as you will need to hit the ground running.
You must have:
• Good negotiation skills
• A high level of commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A keen eye for detail
• Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team
• Able to work to targets
• A willingness to go the extra mile
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
The Reward
•GBP17,000pa to GBP18,000pa depending on experience
•GBP24,000pa OTE
