Our client is a privately owned Merseyside construction company with an excellent reputation which has been built up over decades by delivering quality projects across various sectors including education, residential, health, commercial and industrial valued GBP50k - GBP2m. The company have strategically grown turnover to a level which requires additional support, therefore, they have requirements for Site Managers and Working Foremen to join the team and work on one of the following projects:

?? GBP1m new build 12 apartments for Housing Association in Liverpool
?? GBP500k extension to a medical centre in Bolton
?? North West Framework: Small work refurbishments on NHS buildings valued GBP50k - GBP250k
