This is a key role leading their busy Maintenance Department. Outline of responsibilities: Ensure compliance of all properties Direct the work of the Maintenance Department in line with SLAs Identify opportunities to streamline and improve delivery of service with an emphasis on the client journey Report to the Directors on KPIs Resolve maintenance complaints quickly and identify opportunities to improve service Man the 24 hour out of hours emergency line (approx 1 week in every 10) Carry out property inspections Qualifications/Experience: IT proficient Experience of project management Experience of managing a team Experience of dealing with external contractors Full driving license Propertymark/Letwell/NFOPP or equivalent qualification desirable Success measured by: SLA targets achieved (fees / work completion times) NPS surveys of Landlord and Tenant satisfaction Profitability of Department Salary and Benefits: Company Car Fuel allowance Generous holiday allowance Company pension scheme with 3% company contribution GBP2628k Basic OTE GBP3133 Commission related to KPIs Interested?
