Head Office Account Executive * Cheltenham (GL51), Cheltenham * From GBP17,000 to GBP21,000 per annum * Endsleigh Insurance * Permanent * Recently __________________________________________________ Apply Team We are looking for a Head Office Account Executive to join our team here at Endsleigh within the B2B area in this exciting time of growth. The Education team predominantly look after the commercial insurance arrangements of Students' Unions, many of whom are VIP customers of Endsleigh. Role The Head Office Account Executive role will require you to become an expert in a wide range of product lines and the ability to provide a fully advised service. The team enjoys a high level of delegated authority which means we make underwriting decisions in house which will widen your expertise. Some key accountability for the role will be: * Liaising with customers daily, dealing with queries, adjustments and renewals * Oversee temporary hire vehicle and driver declarations * Liaise with accounts regarding customer debt * To treat customers fairly at all times, whilst providing excellent customer service Person You will thrive on going the extra mile for the customer, taking pride in delivering an excellent service and become a trusted advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for development - from general underwriting queries, renewals to claims handling. Underwriting queries can be quite in depth which will quickly build up your knowledge in the sector and insurance technical ability. To be successful in this role you will have: * Strong communication skills * Keen attention to detail, planning and organisational skills * Ability to work under pressure and multi-task * Working towards Cert CII or committed to do so * Twelve months insurance experience preferable Reward This is a great opportunity to be part of a transforming business and you will be rewarded by a highly social team culture and competitive salary.
