Membership Relations Executive
Are you a highly motivated individual with Account Management experience?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Membership Relations Executive to join one of our clients; this is a position that requires the successful candidate to have excellent communication skills at all levels including customers and internal stake holders and also have a passion for delivering a high level of customer service.
The role will include proactively liaising customers and conducting Account Management review calls, the sale of products and services through management of clients base and also following sales and administration processes.
You will also be responsible for identifying appropriate cross sales of other company products, communicating market intelligence and competitor information to relevant teams and attending events and conferences.
The successful candidate will need to be self motivated, possess excellent IT and communication skills and have a drive to succeed, in return you will be part of an exciting, dynamic and growing team who will support you and allow you to grow.
