Assistant Manager - Up to GBP23,000 + Bonus - Leicester
My client is a fantastic restaurant group that have a collection of cool venues nationally - high volume sites, a stable working environment but within a brand that is growing and developing.
Excellent company with a focus on quality, fresh food and cocktails
The Ideal Candidate:
Good commercial knowledge of products and services
Experience working in a high volume, high quality, high turnover business.
The successful Assistant Manager will be outgoing and welcoming to their Guests.
Branded restaurant experience is not essential but knowledge of financial systems/procedures will be required, such as stock controls and cash reconciliation.
I am looking for Assistant Managers who have strong food knowledge and who are passionate about their career within restaurants.
