Our client, based in Sussex, is currently recruiting for a HR Project Manager (HR Transformation) on a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months. Our client is a leading research educational institution.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience within the Education Sector.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* The candidate will be critical in ensuring the identification and tracking of key project milestones and communicating with key stakeholders
* The Project Manager is responsible for schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables in relation to the HR Transformation Programme
* Working with the project team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
* Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders
* Working closely with HR to ensure smooth implementation and handover project activity to business as usual at the appropriate point
* Monitor and report on project progress, present to stakeholders reports on project status, identifying any problems and offering solutions
Experience required:
* Must have hands on experience with change management projects
