Committed to delivering excellent service, our client provides their customers with a unique and high quality range of bathroom products. Due to ongoing business growth in Holland, they are now looking for a bilingual Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their team.

You’ll undertake a comprehensive training programme to help you succeed in your role, including a buddy system and support until you're ready to go solo. 

What’s more, following your six month probation, you will have the chance to take on more responsibility and gain further insight into into the sales side of the business. 

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will provide a first-class service to our client’s Dutch speaking customers. 

In this diverse role, you will: 

- Respond to queries via telephone, email and fax 
- Input orders into the in-house database 
- Ensure that any issues are quickly resolved 
- Complete a range of documentation 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Fluency in Dutch, in addition to English 
- A high level of IT literacy 
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail 
- Excellent listening skills 

Whilst experience would be preferred, this is by no means essential as full training will be provided. 

Enthusiastic and eager to learn, as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also be highly organised and able to work as part of a team to resolve problems.
