In October 2018, two like minded housing associations came together because they want to improve the services they provide and do more in their communities. They’ll do this by listening to customers and working alongside them.

Together they provide housing at different levels of affordability for people living in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England.  They also offer a range of care and support services.

The Home Ownership Revenues Officer will help Leasehold customers to manage the repayment of debt and signpost them to money advice and support services. Where necessary, you will coordinate legal action, attend court to present cases and ensure the best outcome for the organisation. As part of your work, you will develop strong professional relationships with solicitors and lenders. 

The job demands solid customer-service experience, ideally gained in a housing or credit control environment. A natural communicator, you will have the ability to deal with a wide range of customers often in difficult circumstances.  You’ll be good with numbers too - numerate and comfortable assessing personal finances to ensure maximum income whilst supporting customers to avoid going into arrears.
