They are on schedule to start to provide support to a young man, who until now hasn’t had all of the opportunities to live life to it’s fullest.  They are creating a new team  that will help Sam who has  a great sense of humour and a lively and energetic personality to reconnect with the things he loves, as well as helping him discover new experiences in life.  Sam has spent a number of years living in a restricted environment. This has meant that he has had very little chance to get out and do the things he enjoys doing like horse-riding, climbing and going on steam trains.

Sam is moving into a new house of his own in Hillingdon and they are looking for a  Manager to lead the new 24hour support team they are building around him.

This is an exciting challenge for a Manager who is already skilled and experienced in supporting individuals with complex support needs, autism and challenging behaviour. You will have the right skills, values and resilience to ensure that everyone works together to make sure that Sam lives the life that he is entitled to. Working closely and meaningfully with Sam’s family is an integral part of this new venture and we are looking for someone who can build and maintain a trusted and reliable relationship with both Sam and his family.
